Maurice Kirya Live Concert 2016

By Our Reporter

The New Year is already looking bright for Ugandan singer Maurice Kirya.

We have learnt that the self-styled “King of Mwooyo” has landed a gig in which he will share stage with Congolese music star Koffi Olomide.

The two music stars will entertain guests at sports mogul Jack Pemba’s birthday party which will be held on 3rd February at Speke Resort Munyonyo.

According to sources close to the singer,  the “Never Been Loved” hitmaker has been paid handsomely for the gig and the possibility of a music collaboration with the Congolese singer could be on the table as well.

Meanwhile, Kirya was recently named Wild Aid ambassador alongside local stars Irene Ntale and Patrick Salvado.
