Finally, Maurice Kirya’s ardent fans can sleep well at night knowing when they will get their hands on his next masterpiece. After weeks of teasing fans about his forthcoming album, the self-proclaimed king of Mwooyo has today announced it’s release date.
The soulful singer who named his new album ‘Mwooyo’, which loosely translates to soul, will drop the new album at the close of this month.
“26th February 2015. Get ready to get your physical copy! Album will also be available online!” He announced on Social Media.
Known for his rich lyricism, Maurice Kirya is expected to go deep on his new album as he explores how he has transitioned over the years.
Meanwhile, the “Misubbaawa” singer is planning to hold a release party in several top cities around the globe.
