From several memes posted online against Eng. Badru Kiggundu for allegedly announcing the wrong results following the recent Presidential elections to direct insults on radios and TV stations, the electoral commission chairman has seen it all.
The latest that we have is about a song that has been composed to ridicule Kiggundu. The song composed and sang by Mathias Walukagga is called “Referee”.
In the song, he disses the EC boss Badru Kiggundu for being a biased referee. The song was launched at Club Ambiance recently.
