Kadongo Kamu singer Mathias Walukagga came close to being shot following an altercation with a man dressed in army uniform yesterday.
Walukaga, who was in his car, managed to record a video of the armed man who wanted to shoot him and posted it on social media captioned, “Thats the guy who has been trying to shoot mi at Kitende”.
