Kadongo kamu singer Mathias Walukagga was yesterday evening arrested for allegedly failing to pay a debt of Ugx 12.6 million to one businessman identified as Nicholas Kiiza.
Its upon this ground that the police issued an arrest warrant for the singer who today morning is said to have appeared before the grade one magistrate of Masaka, Kyomuhangi.
