Hon. Mathias Mpuuga, the former Leader of Opposition and founder of the newly formed Democratic Alliance (DA) political party, has opened up about his relationship with Alien Skin.
The singer recently made headlines after joining the DA, signaling a unique partnership between politics and the entertainment industry.
According to Mpuuga, Alien Skin initiated the connection by reaching out to share his vision for a better future, highlighting the struggles they both face in their respective fields.
“Alien Skin reached out to me and said we are a troubled group, and I agree. He is part of so many young people, in and out of Kampala, who are talented, scattered, and not led,” Mpuuga explained.
The MP further revealed that Alien Skin expressed a desire to formalize his efforts with his Fangone Forest crew, aligning them with a greater cause.
This connected with Mpuuga’s vision for empowering the youth. “He said they wanted to act more formal, and I was like bring it on. I committed to assisting them,” Mpuuga said.
