Emmanuel Lwasa has expressed his intention to gain custody of 16-year-old Pretty Nicole, whose real name is Musimenta Emmanuella.
Nicole has been at the center of public attention due to a series of incidents, the latest of which saw her detained at Kawempe Police Station. The detention followed accusations by Hajat Kulthum Gumisiriza, who claimed Nicole was attempting to blackmail her and her husband, Acram.
In a surprising move, Lwasa has now stepped in, offering to take responsibility for the teenager. He argues that Nicole would be better off in his care rather than continuing to face conflicts with Kulthum.

Lwasa, who is no stranger to controversies involving women, insists that his single status would allow him to provide Nicole with a more stable environment, free from unnecessary drama.
“She should come and stay with me; I’ve taken care of young people like her before. I’ll even enroll her in school,” Lwasa said, addressing the situation.
