Local musician Ronald Maro is set to release a new video with a famous American singer.
We have learnt that the self-styled R’n’B Kyabazinga recently worked on a song with Shane Palko, a folk musician from Philadelphia, USA.
The two collaborated on a duet titled “Idha Obone,” which loosely translates to “come and see” in Lusoga.
Maro has revealed that he landed the collabo after he took Shane around Uganda’s touristic attractions when he visited the country late last year.
“Mr Shane Palko visited us while promoting his seventh story album in a seven countries’ tour and it was a pleasure to show him around,” he revealed. “The end result was to tell you about what we saw and experienced. A bit of it is in the song but more is still in Uganda, for you to explore.”
The “Idha Obone” video will be released online on Monday, 6th March.
