After the speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga appointed Jose Chameleone as Ambassador of Tourism Busoga region, fellow singer and self-proclaimed musical king of Busoga Ronald Maro has protested the appointment saying “how can a non Musoga be an ambassador of Basoga”.

“With prominent people like Silvia Kyansuti, Racheal Magoola etc honorable Kadaga must have mistaken love for Chameleone to be love for the region,” Maro further echoed.

The ‘Kyokoba’ singer has called for a press conference with media to address the “wrong” allocation of the ambassador post. He has further refuted the infamous saying; “A Musoga will understand at the age of 45”.

Maro is an indigenous Musoga and says it really hurts to see his tribe be diminished to un-bearable standards and will do any thing to save it.
