We can’t say we’re surprised – but Mariah has been thoroughly rumbled at pulling wool over the eyes of the WORLD with the help of Photoshop.
In a shoot for Wonderland magazine, the diva does a good job of posing in her smalls, biting on diamonds and generally looking pretty darn scrummy. Especially at 44.
However, Jezebel.com has uncovered the untouched images before the magic Photoshop wand was waved over them – and they really are something.
You can see how Mariah’s boobs look bigger in her “after” shots – as well as her stomach looking taughter, her jawline slimmer, her tan deeper and even marks on her neck being erased, all to form the “perfect” Mariah.
It’s unclear whether this was Mariah’s decision or something done by her management, but we’re surprised at the amount of digital work that the photos have had done.
The photos, taken by controversial photographer Terry Richardson, really don’t seem to be up to standard – and are massively blurry beforehand. Which could be an excuse for the Photoshop (but we reckon Mariah just want to look younger and thinner)
Fans have been complaining on Twitter, with one saying: “those Mariah Carey photos by Terry Richardson are very dodgy”. Another commented: “Uber embarrassing for Mariah Carey”.
