Mariah Carey has confirmed the release date of her next single.
The star revealed plans during her appearance on New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly to release a new track on February 14, 2014.
It will be the third cut to be lifted from her forthcoming new album The Art of Letting Go, which she said will follow in the spring.
Carey released ‘#Beautiful’ and title track ‘The Art of Letting Go’ as singles from her new album back in 2013.
The singer’s new collection was originally scheduled to be released last July, but she delayed the album to perfect the music for her fans.
“I’d rather not exclude meaningful songs,” she said. “I want to give you this album as it’s meant to be heard. When I’m ready, you’ll be the first to know!”
