Swabullah Nakidde is renowned traditional herbalist, Sophia Namutebi a.k.a Mama Fina’s daughter who excelled in the recently concluded Primary Leaving Examinations.
With a lot of esteem, her mother Mama Fina rewarded her with Shs. 1Million for her impressive performance in the final primary exams.
Swabullah was among the top performers at Taibah school last year scoring 10 aggregates out of the four subjects.
In a social media video, Swabullah dropped her appreciation message to her teachers and fellow students for aiding her to pass with flying colors.
She also shared her gratification to her mum for the parental support throughout her academic career.
“I want to start by thanking my school, my teachers, for all the effort they put in and I would also like to thank my mum for paying school fees and supporting me around everything and am proud to say, I got 10 aggregates,” Swabullah Nakidde said.
Mama Fina wasn’t hesitant to thank the entire school administration for effectively delivering their services that saw her daughter excel amidst the Covid-19 pandemic challenges.
“I send my appreciations to the teachers who helped my child and also thank Taibah School, thank you so much, everyone, in the school like matrons for what you have done to see that my baby gets 10 aggregates. It has not been an easy journey. I even didn’t believe that she can score them because it has been such a complicated season for them to study,” Mama Fina said.
Mama Fina is the head of traditional herbalists in Uganda and she is popularly known for her generosity towards supporting the needy over the years.
Her most recent charity activation was last week when she reached out with foodstuffs to a mammoth of families starving during this 42-days Covid-19 lockdown.
Congratulations Swabullah Nakidde!
