Early this morning, as Sylvia Namutebi aka Maama Fiina’s hubby Sheik Maj. Mohammed Kiggundu was making his way from their Wakiso home to Kampala town, he was gunned down by unknown assailants around Masanafu.
According to eye witnesses, the assailants had followed Mama Fiina’s hubby who was traveling with his bodyguard for some time. It was when they reached Masanafu that they shot the car tyre that the deceased were travelling in. At this point, the late Major tried to run out of the car only to be shot at close range.
On reaching the scene, Mama Fiina was overtaken by emotion as she cried out loudly mourning her deceased hubby. Mama Fiina, a known traditional healer then vowed to deal with the killers as she wept uncontrollably.
