Mama Fiina, real name Sylvia Namutebi, who is the head of traditional healers in Uganda has pledged to inject millions of money in one of the members of Kifeesi group and upcoming Lugaflow rapper known as Razor Blade.
Apart from being a traditional healer, Mama Fiina is also known for his philanthropic work and a few days back after meeting Razor Blade and his Kifeesi crew members, she donated Ugx 4million to him.
Razor Blade was super excited upon receiving this support from Mama Fiina and even promised to change his looks by going into a 3 month rehabilitation such that he matches the standards of other Lugaflow rappers like Gravity Omutujju and Victor Kamenyo.
This comes a few weeks after Razor Blade featured in a documentary by NBS Television investigating the notorious Kifeesi group.
