Federation of Uganda Football Association president, Engineer Moses Magogo has called upon all patriotic and football fans from all over the country to come and support the Uganda Cranes tomorrow as they take on Guinea in the 2015 AFCON qualifiers of Group E.
“It’s unusual to have two games within such a short period of time but it’s a new schedule that CAF has adopted and we have to comply. I know the its going to be a weekday and the game is at night but I urge all the fans to come and support us because they have been key and still will be in the success of our team at home,” said the president while on a talk show with radio samba.
“Guinea is a strong, that we know and the team is well aware of it but we are also prepared mentally, physically and physiologically to face them. Our game against Ghana over the weekend has dominated most of the sports talk shows around the continent and that has also further inspired our players,” Magogo added.
“The team is technically fine have trained today late evening like yesterday at Namboole after Guinea finished using the pitch,” he stressed.
