The proprietors of Madiba’s Bar and Restaurant in Kiwatule, Darius Mugisha and Henry Ssali have decided to re-brand their hangout to Asylum Bar. This was due to public demand, according to Darius.

He said, “due to public demand and brand maintenance, we have decided to bring Asylum back to life. Asylum is brand name and it brings together a lot of things including sound, restaurant among others. Many of our clients requested us to bring back the Asylum name and who are we not to grant their pleas.”

However, we have learnt that Madiba name hasn’t been scrapped entirely as it will be used for the behind bar.
