Lwakataka also Drops Out of Independence Rally

A few days ago the bigeye.ug team revealed how the “super lady” Suzan Muwonge had withdrawn from the independence rally. Well it has not been a smooth journey for Ponsiano Lwakataka either. We can reliably reveal that he is also not participating in the rally scheduled for this weekend in Mukono.

Whereas Suzan Muwonge justifies her disappearance saying she had had a busy schedule she didn’t get enough preparation time, the two time National Rally Championship winner Ponsiano Lwakataka has withdrawn from the race claiming that his new Turbo car failed to arrive in the country from Nairobi in time.

“I don’t think I will have it (Turbo rally car) and the people I sent for it have not yet got it,” said Lwakataka.

It’s highly anticipated that with the drop out of the two giants from the race, the independence rally won’t be as competitive as it is usually.

Jas Mangat is leading the National Rally Championship table and needs only to finish in the top two positions in the Saturday rally to be crowned champion.
