Oscar award winner Lupita Nyong’o is part of the all-star voice cast of Disney’s live-action adaptation of ‘The Jungle Book’.
Lupita plays Raksha, the fiercely protective mother of Mowgli (played by Neel Sethi) who spends most of his time running for his life after discovering that he is no longer welcome in the jungle where he was raised.
The rest of the voice cast includes Idris Elba as Shere Khan, Christopher Walken as King Louie, Bill Murray as Baloo, Giancarlo Esposito as Akela and Scarlett Johansson as Kaa.
The Jungle Book hits movie theaters on April 15, 2016. Watch its’ trailer below.
