When she dropped the audio of Kuuma Obudde, Lillian Mbabazi seemed to have eased back on the music scene. Her career was waning. Well, she’s been juggling motherhood and family, so you would understand. However, her new video is a piece of art. The simplicity exhibited lifts it above average. And the storyline is not too shabby.
It opens up with Lillian hugging bye-bye to her hubby, peppering wet pecks on his cheeks as he steps out of the house. Thereafter, she seemingly loses you as she calls her girlfriends over who come in droves and in a split moment. They will later start sweeping fashionably. Okay, a part that is really unnecessary, really. And when you think it is getting worse, the closing scenes retrieves the video from falling flat on its belly. It is not a video you would sit through enjoying every bit, probably, waiting for a point of traction (it never comes), but it is not actually too lackluster. Lillian looked all gorgeous, as usual. Decent song. And, well, not too bad a video!
