Prominent singer Lil Pazo Lunabe has offered advice to the rising artist D Star, known for his hit song “Hoozambe (Shifula),” urging him to avoid unnecessary associations with gangs.
In a recent statement, Lil Pazo emphasized the negative impacts of such affiliations, highlighting issues like high expenditure, damage to the artist’s public image, and potential threats to personal safety.
Drawing from his own experiences, Lil Pazo shared that he faced similar challenges during the release of his breakthrough song “Emotoka.”
He noted that after his musical success declined, none of the gang members remained supportive.
Lil Pazo also suggested that D Star consider relocating from his current residence in Kawempe to Makindye, a move he believes will help the young artist distance himself from detrimental influences and focus on his career.
D Star, whose song “Hoozambe (Shifula)” has gained significant popularity this year, has been advised to heed Lil Pazo’s counsel as he continues to navigate his rising career.
