Lil Pazo Apologizes to Buganda Kingdom Over “Vulgar” Music

Singer Yasin Mukasa, popularly known as Lil Pazo Lunabe, has issued an apology to the Katikkiro of Buganda, Charles Peter Mayiga, and the Buganda Kingdom for the “vulgar” nature of his music.

Earlier this week, Katikkiro Mayiga revealed that Lil Pazo was among the musicians whose songs were banned from being played on media platforms owned by the Buganda Kingdom, including CBS FM and BBS Terefayina.

Rapper Gravity Omutujju was also included in the list.

During a visit to the Buganda Kingdom headquarters in Mengo, Kampala, Lil Pazo expressed regret for his actions, showing a willingness to reconcile and improve his music moving forward.

His apology signals a desire to mend relations with the Kingdom and its leadership.
