Last Saturday night was not a good one for Leila Kayondo. The spacious Hummer that she got from her ex-lover Mbuga was involved in an accident.
The accident that took place at Nakasero market as the singer was heading home with the tycoon’s car.
Her account of the events leading to the accident reveals that she was driving home on a normal night after 10pm. All of a sudden, a saloon car with a driver who seemed drunk approached her and almost collided head-on with her car, it is at this point that Leila Kayondo went off the road and damaged the Hummer.
“Thank God I didn’t get any problem but the car got damaged and it is now in the garage for repairs,” the “Hold me” singer said.
Leila Kayondo refused to hand over the car even after her relationship with the rich South Africa based sangoma hit the rocks.
