Lapaire, a pan-African eye wear brand, has announced a new campaign targeting students as they return to school.

The week-long back-to-school campaign will see students enjoy discounts on all photochromic glasses – glasses that are clear indoors and darken outdoors.

While announcing the campaign, Esther Nafula, Lapaire’s Operations Manager Uganda, also revealed that they will be offering free eye tests to students.

“Having poor vision can hamper students’ academic performance and productivity. We thus encourage all students and parents of children with vision problems to take advantage of our one-week discounted offer on glasses as an opportunity to help every person out there struggling with sight to improve their vision by visiting one of our shops across the country to get their eyes tested for free.” She added.

During the campaign, the photo-chromatic spectacles will cost 150,000 UGX instead of 190,000 UGX (frame and lenses included). The campaign is ending on 7th September 2022.
