Kylie Jenner is rumored to be pregnant, with a new report claiming that the 17-year-old reality star is expecting a child with her 25-year-old boyfriend, and a possible new televisions show about it on the way.
The relationship between Kylie and rapper Tyga has generated quite a bit of controversy for the age difference, and now the scandal may be growing even larger. A new report from the June 1 issue of OK! Magazine claims that Kylie and Tyga are expecting a baby.
But while a teen pregnancy would be a setback for almost anyone else, Kylie Jenner is reportedly planning on making the most out of it, Celeb Dirty Laundry noted.
“According to OK! Magazine’s sources, Kris Jenner is already planning a spinoff for Kylie, Tyga, and their baby. The insider dished, ‘Kris is already seeing dollar signs. She is positive that people would tune in to watch Kylie’s travails as a young mother. She knows how much attention a baby brings and she can’t help but be excited.’”
It’s unclear if the pregnancy report is related to a bit of weight Kylie Jenner has put on recently. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently addressed critics who noted her somewhat fuller figure.
The reality star and model posted on Instagram a picture of herself in a swimsuit.
“Behind the scenes,” the caption read, “Yes I gained weight. There, I said it so [you] don’t have to.”
Kylie has since deleted the comment, but to some it has added more fuel to reports that she is pregnant.
The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters has been in quite a bit of controversy lately. After rumors that she had lip injections — which she initially denied before admitting to using fillers — the teen spawned the “Kylie Jenner lip challenge” craze in which young girls (and some boys) purposely caused their lips to become swollen and puffy using a glass as suction.
Kylie never endorsed the actions, which many doctors warned could cause long-term damage, but many blamed the teen’s lip enhancements for setting a bad example.
It’s not clear whether there is any truth to the Kylie Jenner pregnancy rumor, however. Over the past few years, the Kardashian and Jenner sisters have been popular tabloid targets, with more than a handful of pregnancy rumors that never came to fruition. At the moment, there are reports that Kim Kardashian is secretly pregnant, and just a few weeks ago it was Khloe Kardashian reportedly hiding a pregnancy.
