The Busoga Kingdom is celebrating double joy as the Kyabazinga, His Majesty William Gabula Nadiope IV, and his queen, Inebantu Jovia Mutesi, have welcomed twin sons.

The royal family made the announcement through the official social media pages of the Kyabazinga, writing:

“With profound joy and heartfelt gratitude, we are delighted to formally announce the birth of our twin sons: Prince William Ethan Nadiope and Prince Arnold Eli Nadiope, born on the 27th day of August 2025.”

The news has been received with excitement across Busoga and Uganda at large, with many hailing it as a blessing to the kingdom.

The joyous development comes less than two years after the Kyabazinga and Inebantu tied the knot in November 2023 at Christ Cathedral Bugembe. Their historic union marked Busoga’s first royal wedding since 1956.

The ceremony, graced by dignitaries from across the country, was presided over by the Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, Stephen Kazimba Mugalu, who led the couple in their vows.

The arrival of Prince William Ethan Nadiope and Prince Arnold Eli Nadiope is seen as a new chapter in the Busoga royal family, strengthening both the lineage and heritage of the kingdom.
