King Saha is taking legal action against TikToker Dr Cephcoh real name Ismail Ssefuko over what he claims are defamatory statements made on social media.

Through his legal team, Wamimba Advocates and Solicitors, Saha has issued a formal notice of intent to sue, following a video posted by Dr Cephcoh on May 5, 2025, via his TikTok account (@dr.cephcoh_official). In the video, Cephcoh alleged that King Saha was responsible for damaging his silver Toyota Noah, registration number UBP 661Q.
However, according to Saha’s legal representatives, the claims are entirely false. They point out that Saha was in Japan at the time of the alleged incident, a fact supported by his travel documents and several eyewitnesses.
The legal notice states that Cephco’s video has seriously damaged King Saha’s reputation, exposing him to public ridicule, emotional distress, and potential loss of professional opportunities. To remedy the harm, Saha is demanding compensation of UGX 200 million within seven days.
In addition to the financial demand, Saha requires Cephco to issue a formal public apology and a retraction of the defamatory statements on all platforms where the original claims were published, including TikTok and other social media accounts.
The notice also warns Cephco to cease making any further defamatory remarks about King Saha and to provide written confirmation of his compliance upon receiving the legal document.
