After duping the public into believing that he had bought a new speed boat, we have found out that dancehall singer King Michael speed boat ownership was a hoax.
News on our desk indicates that the singer has never bought or owned a boat. He however lied to the media that the boat that he was seen with recently belongs to him. When he was asked the cost of the new toy, he had no idea how much it was worth.
Reports further indicate that the boat belongs to a lady with whom Michael enjoys a deep and good relationship. “He can access the boat and use it anytime he wants because of the relationship that he enjoys with the owner. But this doesn’t make it his boat,” read part of the celeb gossip report.
Michael had already been put in the same class as Peter Miles and Bobi Wine as one of the few artistes who own their own speed boats, until we found out that he had only borrowed it for a video shoot.
