Comedian King Kong has become a continental sensation thanks to his great dance moves. When he was asked about how he has managed to stand out as a dancer and what makes him tick, Kong said that after he discovered that he has the gift, he has since worked on perfecting it.
“Dancing is a talent one has to discover and I found mine in 1994 when I was in Primary Four. I have been perfecting the skill since then. This has made me different from anyone else and now am able to entertain my fans because of that,” he said.
When the 28-year-old was asked about how he manages to balance between dancing and comedy, he said that he has managed to mingle the two in order to get his own style.
“Both are actually the same. I started with dancing, but a combination of both defines me as a comedian,” he added.
Asked about the why he left his media job for dancing, King Kong who featured in Eddy Kenzo’s MariaRoza video, said that he wanted to concentrate on dancing since he realized that he had no time for the two.
“I left media work because I do not have time. I am ever busy with shows in and out of the country, but I will come back soon,” he said.
Last weekend, King Kong was in Zambia where he had a massive show.
