E ONLINE Maybe the name Kaidence was in the running for North West after all!
Fans who tune in to this week’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians will get a behind-the-scenes look at Kim Kardashian‘s baby naming debate. As we know now, she and beau Kanye West decided to name their baby North, or Nori for short.
“I’m feeling North. North West,” says Brody Jenner in the preview clip as the family hangs out on their vacation in Greece. Kourtney Kardashian agrees: “Me too, it’s pretty and cool and it’s not just, like, tomboyish. It’s just good.”
But Kim reveals in the clip that she and Kanye at first wanted a K name, but thought it might not be a good idea. “If we name our kid with a K name,” explained Kim, “which is kind of what we want, mainly just because Kanye and I are K’s, then they’re going to call us the KKK.”
That’s as good a reason to go with “North” as any, we say!
Kim and Kanye have been quietly enjoying parenthood in the weeks since baby Nori’s birth, and sources say that both of them are transitioning into their parental duties very well.
“These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life,” Kim wrote on her website. “I’m enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family.”
While the couple—and baby North too, we’re sure—have been enjoying their privacy, Kris Jenner decided to prank curious fans awaiting a public appearance from baby Nori. On her new talk show, Kris, the momagerbrought out a dark-haired baby to a cheering crowd, but quickly revealed that the baby belonged to a staff member!
Speaking of Kris, she and Brody go head to head on Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians as Brody decides to be “totally, brutally honest” with his stepmother! Will the two finally settle their differences after all these years?
