Singer and KFM’s presenter Jackie Deweyi was weeks back named Hepatitis B Ambassador and has immediately began her job as ambassador in Uganda in full force. The singers first album towards the cause is called Oukawumunabi which is a Lugishu word for HOPE.
Unlike most artistes she has announced she will launch the album on twitter . Deweyi has announced she will launch and the hashtags will be #Hope Album and #StopHepatitisB to spread the gospel against Hepatitis.
“I am working under the organization National Organisation for people living with Hepatittis B in Uganda (NOPLHB). I want to raise money and work on a documentary about people living with the disease.” She revealed to us.
