The Big Three used to be about Bebe Cool, Bobi Wine and Chameleone. Together they were known as BBC. And indeed, they always ringfenced their position.

It is after Radio and Weasel came to the scene that it grew to the Big 4. To basically mean that four people determined and influenced 80 percent of Uganda’s music industry.

But ever since Kenzo brought home the BET award, he has proven to be on top of the country. He is the only Ugandan international artiste that we currently have by all standards.

Here is how the current Top 5 rating stands:

1. Eddy Kenzo
2. Bebe Cool
3. Sheebah
4. Bobi Wine
5. Chameleone

Sheebah is the only female artiste on the list of top Ugandan music artistes and was number one in 2018.
