Kenyan vocalist Maranga Adeline aka Dela is planning to do a collabo with Chameleone. Dela who is in Uganda with the D’Banj crew hopes to use the collaboration to establish herself in the Ugandan music industry.
“I want to promote my music in the whole of East Africa. I have been in Kenya and Tanzania doing collaborations with the top artists like Sauti Sol from Kenya and AY from Tanzania and so I am looking forward to doing the same in Uganda. This is why I want to work with Dr. Jose Chameleone and more so because I admire him,” Dela said.
“I like his work ethics, the way he adapts with trends and his style of keeping himself on the top that’s why am planning on doing a collaboration with him very soon,” she added.
Dela who was one of the participants in the Coke Studio Africa season one and did a song with Qwela band named “Njabala” is in Uganda for the third time said she loves the country and the way the people respond to the music that’s why she decided to come back and do her music in Uganda.
