Bebe Cool

Grandpa’s singer Gin Ideal who is also the face of SWAN has accused Ugandan veteran singer Bebe Cool of stealing her REDE melody including the chorus.

According to Gin Ideal, her Ugandan friend called  to inform her of the same and was “shocked” after  confirming the same on Youtube. She alleges that Bebe Cool’s latest song Dede launched two days ago, has her melody.

According to Gin ideal, the singer not only stole her melody that has been around for more than ten months now but went ahead to copy the tune from her refrain.

Speaking to SDE Gin Ideal says she does not however intend to sue Bebe Cool. “It is very shameful that a veteran like Bebe Cool can choose to do such a thing without consulting me knowing too well that my song was doing well locally and in East Africa.”
