Just hours to the much awaited for Amaaso-Ntunga album launch, KCCA officials have cancelled the concert.
This has left Radio and Weasel speechless as they had assumed clearance with only Hotel Africana where the event will take place. was enough. KCCA Assistant Spokesperson Robert Kalumba has told us that there will be no concert without the duo clearing with KCCA authorities.
Apparently the venue has been surrounded by KCCA law enforcers and no activity is allowed to go on until clearance is made. With just a few hours left to the concert, we expect Radio and Weasel to do the needful or else forfeit their much anticipated concert.
Usually, such concerts require clearance with KCCA and NEMA. This can total up to 300,000shs.
