KCCA FC sign SC Victoria University duo

League table leaders Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) have continued to strengthen their squad in this January transfer window ahead of the second round that is due February.

The latest from the Kasasiro Boys’ camp is the signing of Sports Club Victoria University’s duo Farouk Kawooya and Petit Wanok who joined the club over the weekend.

The club confirmed the development yesterday when they posted on their official Facebook page that; “Today (Sunday 10th) we present to you our latest acquisitions as we continue to strengthen the team ahead of the second round of the Azam Uganda Premier League. Farouk Kawooya and Petit Wanok have joined us from SC Victoria University on a 2 and a half years contract and 6 months’ probation contract respectively.”

The two now join prolific striker Caesar Samson Okhuti who was signed earlier on from league rivals Express FC but currently in the Cranes camp in Njeru, Jinja where the national team are undergoing preparations for the forth coming CHAN finals in Rwanda.
