As we write this, the long arm of the law has caught up with events manager and Golden Band production manager Musa Kavuma of KT promotions after Kampala governing body KCCA banned his promotion activities in and around Kampala till further notice. KCCA deputy spokesman Kalumba Robert said the decision came after KT defied KCCA rules not once but on several occasions.
Apparently KT has been holding concerts that go beyond midnight and has defied so many other KCCA regulations according to Robert.
KT promotions spokesman Eddie Ssendi has denied the accusations and insisted they are being crucified for concerts they did not hold.
“Eddie Kenzo’s Easter concert and Bobi Wines Busabala concert were not held by KT promotions,” Ssendi stressed.
Eddie Sendi has written to KCCA and hopes the matter will be resolved soon.
