The ‘Cheatinga’ visuals are Kayzzi’s first music project of 2024 but have exposed him to a wider audience already, linking him with some of the best content creators in Uganda today.
Starting with a raw love for Hip-hop and Rap, Fred Kakooza a.k.a Kayzzi has managed to channel his enthusiasm and created a unique music style for his growing fan base.
His past songs including Let’s Be One, Girlfriend, Mutuleke, and Obadde Okimanyi laid a strong foundation for him to sell his craft in the coming years if he can match the ever-evolving and competitive local music industry.
In 2022, Kayzzi visited Artin Pro’s Axtra Nation studios in Makindye and hit the recording booth to record what, according to several, is his biggest song thus far.
Titled ‘Cheatinga’, the song written by Kayzzi himself exposes the prevailing cheating practices in society. With exciting beats laced with funny lyrics, it is one that you will groove to at any time of the day.
Most of you will relate as he hilariously mentions the likes of God’s Plan and Musuuza (Eddy Kenzo) who have been caught up in a couple of bad relationship situations before.
Listening to Kayzzi sing, you get the Mun G and Fik Fameica flavor all blended into his inexperienced delivery, but one which promises a big future of refinement.
On TikTok, the song has already made strides, attracting the attention of renowned local TikTokers including Cephco, KetsVybz a.k.a Winnie wa Mummy, Richie256, and Puma Pokino, among many others who have used the audio for their challenges.
The visuals of the song directed by Deromak Film Productions try to portray what is embedded in the lyrics of the song.

Kayzzi, real name Fred Kakooza M, is a Ugandan Rapper, Songwriter, and Performer born in Kawempe and raised in Kisaasi.
His passion for music dates back to high school (at Kakungulu High School, Bombo) in 2009. Kayzzi’s professional music career commenced in January 2022 with the release of his single titled “Obadde Okimanyi”.
Kayzzi dreams of raising the Ugandan flag internationally and using his music to motivate and educate the youths to achieve their individual goals regardless of the situations they live through.
He is currently not signed to any record label.
