South Africa based Ugandan tycoon, Katsha De’Bank is set to spend Xmas in jail after his bail request was denied and trashed by a South African court.
Katsha was arrested late November in South Africa on fraud charges where the Government is said to have made heavy losses and if found guilty, the tycoon could face up to ten years in jail.
Although he will not attend his ‘Money and Gold’ party scheduled for 30th December in Kampala, fellow members of the The Money Team-Africa, Meddie Sentongo and Cameroon Gitawo are in preparations to make the party a success with out his presence.
