When he went to the US recently, people said that he was wasting time and tax payers’ money especially because of his designer clothes and the expensive places that he was hanging.

Turns out Rubaga South Member of Parliament Kato Lubwama was up to good things in the US. We have been informed that he managed to secure a multi-million deal that will improve film in Uganda and give actors better pay, equipment and experience. During his trip, the honorable MP managed to meet top Hollywood directors who will be investing in Uganda.

We will keep you posted.
