Katikkiro Mayiga Confirms Attendance at Pastor Bugembe’s 20-Year Celebration Concert

Katikkiro of Buganda, Charles Peter Mayiga, has confirmed his attendance at Pastor Wilson Bugembe’s upcoming concert as the Chief Guest.

The concert, scheduled for August 8th at Kampala Serena Hotel, will mark Bugembe’s 20-year milestone in the music industry.

The confirmation was made during a recent public event where Pastor Bugembe extended the invitation in person.

In a heartfelt moment, the Katikkiro responded positively, expressing his willingness to join in celebrating the gospel singer’s two-decade-long musical journey.

Pastor Bugembe, a beloved figure in Uganda’s gospel music scene, is known for hits like Komawo Eka, Ani, and Lengera Embaata. Over the years, he has not only inspired many through his music but also through his ministry at Worship House in Nansana.

With the Katikkiro’s endorsement and attendance, the concert promises to be a high-profile event drawing key figures from the cultural, religious, and entertainment spheres.

Bugembe’s 20-year anniversary concert is expected to reflect his musical evolution, spiritual impact, and enduring influence in Ugandan gospel music.
