Ongom Kizito more commonly known as Kasumali, the man allegedly in the Sanyu Robinah Mweruka sex tape, was arrested Thursday afternoon by police from his studio in Makindye on allegations of engaging in pornography and distributing it widely especially over social media.

However, Kasumali has vehemently denied the allegations telling Police that he has never even had any sexual intercourse with Robinah and therefore they have the wrong man.  Kasumali who insists is just a victim of circumstances, further tasked the police detectives to instead quiz the individuals who purportedly broke the sex tape news to the public.

If found guilty, Kasumali is liable to pay a fine of up to Ushs10 million or serve 10 years in jail or both, according to the Anti-pornography law that was enacted in 2014.
