Kasuku, who has already hired lawyers, decided to settle the matter with the musician out of court, with a 15 million shillings payment. He says that he received about 15 punches from Kenzo and this means that he will have to pay 1 million for each punch.
“Kenzo is lucky, Kasuku didn’t count the slaps, he only counted the punches and if he had counted the slaps, this could have come to around 25 million, the guy punched him several times and I witnessed it all,” said one of the journalists who was at the press conference where Kenzo beat up Kasuku.
When contacted, the ‘Sitya Loss’ singer said that the sum has been blown out of proportion. Kenzo, who recently apologized for his behavior, said that he would only part with 2 million shillings as the fine for beating up Kasuku at his press conference.
