Uganda’s top rapper Gravity Omutujju, real name Gereson Wabuyi is set to dance and sing with his fans come Saturday October, 1, 2022 at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
During a presser on Monday for his 2022 concert dubbed “Tusimbudde Ani Alina Enene”, Gravity promised a fan-packed show for his fans.
Apart from his performance and those from fellow Ugandan artists, Gravity also vowed to on-board some surprise foreign artists.
“Come 1st October, its gona be massive here in Lugogo. This time around its unusual and different from what has always transpired in my past concerts. We have added and invested new things for our fans to enjoy,” Gravity Omutujju said.
Gravity also noted that the fares to the concert are; Ugx.10K – Ordinary, Ugx.30K – VIP and Ugx.1Million – Table.
Speaking at the Gravity Omutujju’s press conference, MTN Uganda’s Mavis Musungu Ndagire said that MTN is subsidizing the concert fees for fans who pay for their concert tickets using MTN MoMo at the entrance.
Mavis also noted that there is an ongoing TikTok challenge where MTN customers can download Gravity Omutujju’s Caller Tune, dance or sing to any of his songs & post on TikTok using #MTNCallerTunez for a chance to win Ugx. 500,000 & 20 tickets. They should dial *170*71# to download one of Gravity’s songs and get started with the draw.
Through its campaign “Supporting UG Music” Uganda’s leading telecommunication company MTN confirmed sponsoring 6 top Ugandan artistes’ concerts.
After Ray G’s and Fik Fameica’s successful concerts, last month, MTN will have Gravity Omutujju take it for his fans at Uganda’s biggest music concert venue.
Musicians still lined up for MTN Uganda’s campaign is; Levixone, Sheebah Karungi and Spice Diana.
