For five full days, audiences will enjoy unique theatrical experiences, post performances conversations, and other engaging activities in a quiet and friendly environment alongside various workshops for theatre makers, playrights and performers at the 3rd edition of the Kampala International Theatre Festival.
The Kampala International Theatre Festival will be hosted at Ndere Cultural Centre in Ntinda, Kampala from 23rd to 27th November 2016.
The festival’s objective is to bring performances from emerging and established theatre makers from across the world to our Kampala audiences.
The festival programme is co-curated by Ugandan playwright, performer and producer, Asiimwe Deborah Kawe and Faisal Kiwewa, artistic director at Bayimba Cultural Foundation.
“We can’t wait to host you and have conversations with you about the arts and the theatre landscape in our country. Karibuni sana,” says Asiimwe Deborah Kawe.
Tickets go for 30,000 UGX Full Festival pass and 10,000 UGX for students. They are available at Bayimba Office, Ndere Cultural Centre and National Theatre.
