The Kampala Ice Cream and Cake festival is back!

Now in its second edition, it will take place late August. It will be held at the Uganda Museum on Sunday, August 27.

The event brings together all local ice cream and cake producers and sellers into one place in a street food style festival, offering everything from ice lollies to ice cream bowls, queen cakes, muffins, forest cakes plus organic and vegan products.

The festival promises a fun-filled day for the whole family as they indulge their taste-buds on some of the best ice creams and cakes as a special kids park will be set up for the children.

According to the organisers, several fun activities will be lined up to keep revelers entertained in an event that will go on till midnight.
