We have recently seen musicians join politics for various reasons, the latest being Bobi Wine who goes by Hon.Kyagulanyi Robert representing Kyadondo East. It is no surprise that Kadongo Kamu singer Mathias Walukagga wants to follow suit. He has confided in a few friends about his intentions to join politics come 2021. He plans to contest for the position of Masaka Mayor.
Unlike a few MPs that have been chased out of Parliament until they present legit academic documents, Walukagga recently went back to school to ensure none of that happens to him.
Given his popularity among the people of Masaka, he stands a high chance of winning if he goes through with this plan.
