Justin Bieber will stand trial in his ongoing DUI case this May.
The Canadian popstar was arrested in January for driving under the influence, as well as resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.
The March 3 start date was postponed in order for judges to review CCTV footage of Bieber in custody in order to deduce if the tape would violate privacy.
Prosecutors have subsequently been required to black out certain images in the footage, including moments in which the singer’s genitals are visible.
Bieber, who was earlier reported to have been given a plea deal, will be required to appear in court on May 5 to face his charges.
The 20-year-old singer has been experiencing a series of legal problems in recent months.
Earlier this week, video from a deposition concerning a paparazzi lawsuit was released, placing the controversial singer in bad light.
