The neighbour whose house was egged by Justin Bieber is reportedly suing him for one million dollars.
According to TMZ, Jeff Schwartz claims being involved in the Bieber scandal has damaged his reputation as an ‘online auto industry leader’ and he is asking for the huge sum to compensate him.
Additionally, the website reveals he is alleging that Justin, 21, verbally abused his wife and daughter.
Earlier it was revealed that Mr Schwartz had has filed a lawsuit against Justin, accusing his minders of subjecting him to an anti-Semitic tirade where they called him a ‘little Jew boy’.
Mr Schwartz wants to be compensated for the emotional distress he says he and his family suffered at the hands of the singer and his entourage.
He claims the altercation occurred months before the infamous egging incident, in which the Canadian popstar pelted his house in January 2014.
Bieber pleaded no contest to the vandalism charges and was put on probation, and was also forced to shell out $80,000 for repairs.
But Schwartz claims the egg incident was just the culmination of months of the musician terrorising his Calabasas neighbourhood, with loud parties, drag races, and he even claimed Bieber spat on him at one stage, something the singer denies.
In the lawsuit, Scwartz claims that on Memorial Day weekend in May 2013, Bieber was tearing around the neighbourhood in his Ferrari, when he and a friend approached the Boyfriend singer to ask him to stop because he was putting people’s lives at risk.
It was then he claimed Bieber’s bodyguards emerged and one of them called him a ‘little Jew boy’, and repeatedly asked ‘What are you going to do about it, Jew boy?’
Mr Schwartz also claimed Justin shouted obscenities at his wife, and their daughter who is a minor.
Justin has since home, but his new neighbour Emmy Rossum revealed on Tuesday she doesn’t relish the thought of living next door to him.
