You all read the story about a musician who used the late Keron’s pictures to make money in South Africa from unsuspecting mourners. Well, fraud has now been taken a notch higher when it comes to Juliana’s online accounts and her son’s memory.
Fraudsters have been creating accounts in Juliana’s names and using them for dubious deals putting the singer who lost her son recently in more grief. Juliana took a stand and warned all those evil minded people off her back, accounts and son.
“You all know that these fake Facebook accounts are still out there. Now until the authorities can come out in a big way n help with the problem of Internet fraud, there’s not much we can do. I’ve done everything I can in my power. You people who are creating these fake accounts in my name, even using My son Keron’s passing to con people, You stink, You are evil and you are disgusting,” she posted.
The ‘Nabikoowa’ singer then went ahead to threaten legal action against the perpetrators. She wrote; “You will not get away with this. But even those who send these idiots money, don’t be so gullible. I’ve been warning you for so long. So if you send your money to these con men, you do so at your own risk. Peace and love.”
Recently Flavia Tumusiime had her Facebook account verified by Facebook to help her fans distinguish between her real page and all other fake pages out there. Juliana is in the process of doing the same.
