Song bird Juliana Kanyomozi once again got a nod for her talent. At the recently concluded Diva awards launch, the Kalibatanya singer was honoured with the Special Music Achievement Award at the event.
“Thank you so much DIVA awards for this recognition. I am humbled,” she said.
Among other winners were Aisha Nabukeera, Halima Namakula and Joanita Kawalya who were also recognized at the event. The trio received Special Courageous Diva Award, Special Music Achievement Award and Special Lifetime Achievement Award respectively.
“This award is aimed at recognizing a female artiste who has created an impact and inspired lives through music,” the organizers revealed.
